Use your Punk and the PunkFellas name freely for merch, branding, content, or any creative or commercial project — no permission needed, ever, with some notes.
Ownership of a PunkFellas Ordinal inscription grants the holder certain usage rights related to the PunkFellas intellectual property (“IP”), subject to the classification of the PunkFellas Ordinal held. These rights are non-exclusive, permissionless, and automatically effective for as long as the PunkFellas Ordinal remains under the holder’s control.
Holders of PunkFellas – Standard – attribute and PunkFellas – Misfits – attribute Ordinals are granted full commercial usage rights, including but not limited to:
The right to use the PunkFellas name and IP
The right to use the specific PunkFellas PFP artwork associated with the Ordinal owned
The right to create, distribute, and monetize:
Merchandise
Branding and identity assets
Digital or physical content
Derivative works
Any creative or commercial projects
All such rights may be exercised without prior permission, without royalties, and without approval from the PunkFellas creator.
Holders of PunkFellas – Singular – attribute Ordinals are granted limited commercial usage rights, as follows:
The right to use the PunkFellas name and IP for merchandise, branding, content creation, creative or commercial projects
However:
The PunkFellas PFP artwork associated with PunkFellas – Singular – attribute Ordinals may NOT be used for merchandise, branding, derivative works and commercial exploitation.
In summary, PunkFellas – Singular holders may use the PunkFellas IP name, but not the PunkFellas PFP artwork itself.
These rights remain valid only while the PunkFellas Ordinal is held by the owner.
Upon transfer of the Ordinal, all associated rights automatically transfer to the new holder.
No separate license agreement or permission is required.

If you own a PunkFellas – Standard – or PunkFellas – Misfits – Ordinal, you are free to use the PunkFellas name, use the exact PunkFellas PFP artwork you own, and create and sell merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, posters, etc.), branding, social media or video content, derivative or remix works, any creative or commercial project. No permission required, no royalties and no approval from the creators. If you own the Ordinal, you control how it’s used.
PunkFellas Singular are extremely rare / 1-of-1 pieces.
If you own a PunkFellas Singular, you may use the PunkFellas name for sell merchandise (t-shirts, hoodies, posters, etc.), branding, social media or video content, derivative or remix works, any creative or commercial project
However, you may NOT use the Singular PFP artwork itself for merchandise, branding, derivative works an commercial exploitation of the image.
Singular pieces are meant to be iconic artworks, not commercial templates.
Your rights last only while you hold the Ordinal. If the Ordinal is sold, then all usage rights automatically transfer to the new owner.
